I love bringing so many of my favorite things together in these unique circuit-style fitness classes that take place on the court. Activities focus on improving your agility, strength, balance, and conditioning — with some hitting and games mixed in — so you can take your game to the next level! 

Classes are currently at the Hatfield Rally House in Hatfield, MA. Check out class times and more details here.
