I love bringing so many of my favorite things together in these unique circuit-style fitness classes that take place on the court. Activities focus on improving your agility, strength, balance, and conditioning — with some hitting and games mixed in — so you can take your game to the next level!
Classes are currently at the Hatfield Rally House in Hatfield, MA. Check out class times and more details here. If you're not a Rally House member but would like to try a class, please send me a message and you can be my guest.
