Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lizzie’s Health Club! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline how we work together and what you can expect when using our website or services. By using our site or scheduling a session, you agree to these Terms.

 

Services Offered

We provide a number of health and fitness services, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness training (1:1, partner, small group, and group fitness classes)

  • Virtual, online, outdoor, workplace, and in-home sessions

  • Health coaching, wellness education, wellness concierge services, and behavior-change support

  • Health care advocacy and navigation services, including scheduling support, communication assistance, insurance guidance, researching options, and care coordination
     

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Booking Appointments

Sessions may be booked directly with us in person, over the phone, or over email. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full session.

 

Payment Terms

  • Payment for packages is due at the time of purchase. Payment for other services is due upon booking or immediately after, depending on the service.

  • We accept cash, check, Venmo, Apple Pay, and major credit/debit cards.

  • Packages and sessions are non-transferable.

  • Refunds are not offered for unused sessions, but rescheduling is welcome within the cancellation window.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Life happens, and we aim to be flexible — but we also reserve time specifically for you.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the session fee.

  • “No-shows” are also charged in full.

  • Exceptions for emergencies may be made at our discretion.
     

If we must cancel a session, you will be offered a rescheduled time at no cost.

In-Person Sessions 

For safety and clarity:

  • The training area must be safe, clean, and reasonably free of hazards.

  • If training in a public space, weather or site restrictions may require adjustments.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or relocate a session if a location is unsafe.

Online/Virtual Sessions

Clients are responsible for:

  • Having a reliable internet connection

  • Using equipment safely

  • Ensuring adequate workout space

 

We are not responsible for connectivity issues on the client’s end.

Health & Safety

By participating in training, you confirm that:

  • You are physically able to participate

  • You have disclosed relevant health information

  • You understand that exercise involves inherent risks

 

Always consult your physician before beginning any new fitness program. Our services do not replace medical advice or treatment.

Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

You agree that Lizzie’s Health Club is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that result from:

  • Your participation in health and fitness activities

  • Your use of equipment

  • Training in your home, office, or public spaces

  • Online/virtual sessions

 

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the session at issue.

Client Conduct

You agree to:

  • Communicate honestly

  • Use equipment safely

  • Provide accurate information

  • Follow instructions to the best of your ability
     

We may discontinue services for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, videos, graphics, programs, and training materials — is owned by Lizzie’s Health Club and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access

  • Copy, republish, or exploit website content

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

 

External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
