Most clients select a package so they can train consistently and benefit from discounted rates. Sessions are 50 minutes, except for the first session (75 minutes). If you'd like to train with a friend, there's no extra cost.

Choose a training + accountability package to both save on training sessions and get built-in support in between sessions. This is the best option if you need help making movement a habit or want to add some fresh workouts to your routine.
