A wellness concierge is someone who can help you figure out how to live a healthy life — sort of how a luxury concierge does for travel or lifestyle needs.
Some of the things I can help you with include:
Customized fitness programming and scheduling
Coordination and integration of health services (like helping identify and schedule with other allied health professionals)
Healthy eating planning (like grocery store tours, meal planning, and identifying healthy snacks)
Optimization of lifestyle and habits (including those around sleep, stress management, and overall well-being)
Equipment sourcing, setup, and home gym design
Home reorganizing to make the healthy choice the easy choice
Workplace set-up and ergonomics
A health care navigator/advocate is someone who helps you make sense of health care communications and systems so that you can get the care you need with less stress, confusion, and wasted time — basically a guide and problem-solver for anything related to medical care. For example, I can:
Help you prepare for appointments by organizing your questions and understanding what to expect
Coordinate your care between doctors, specialists, and facilities so information isn't lost and you feel supported between visits
Support you practically and logistically before, during, and after appointments
Absolutely! I can offer a class, a wellness break, or anything in between.
Yes. Oftentimes people need someone to attend an appointment with them to:
help them understand what the provider is saying
take notes for a caretaker who can't be there
Zoom in a caretaker who can't be there
summarize key points and help with next steps
I require 24 hours notice to cancel any session. After that, you'll be charged for the session (see Terms + Conditions for details).
